An aqueous solution of green tea was found to inhibit lipid peroxidation , scavenge hydroxyl and superoxide radicals. Boil 1 tsp of green tea in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts,twice daily for a month. The blood sugar levels are regularized in a month. An aqueous solution of green tea polyphenols (GTP) was found to inhibit lipid peroxidation (LP), scavenge hydroxyl and superoxide radicals in vitro.
